Today, listen to the omitted history of …..The power dressing

The taste of lollipop pops up in my mouth when I remember the 80’s

I visualize myself lying down on Sundays,  contemplating fraggle rock and faces of Sue Ellen or Pamela Ewing, authentic stereotypes of women in the 80’s.

At the time , Cindy Lauper and Madonna, real female pioneers, were changing the face of music and…… even the world……with “like a virgin” or “ girls just want to have fun”……

They emphasized the desire for freedom, emancipation and empowerment of women.

80’s will never be thanked enough for the blossoming of discreet fashion ( rires) ,  and especially the apogee of power dressing….
